Using the information generated in the assessment and SWOT analysis phase, we establish a detailed social media strategy. We will help put together a team within your company to participate in development of the strategy to ensure it dovetails with other company objectives and encourage buy-in among key company personnel.  We also strongly suggest that a few key customers be invited in so that their participation can help shape the strategy.
