Our methodology for strategic marketing starts with an assessment and analysis of your company’s potential markets and existing customer base. At a minimum, our assessment will include the following components:

    Identifying the needs of each market and a products key value propositions.

  • Partner / partner potential review
    Identifying potential channel sales, marketing or technology partners
  • Brand sentiment analysis
    Assessing the feelings around your brand and characteristics of your brand.
    The analysis of the existing customer base would also include cost-of-sales, retention and revenue growth rates.

Strategic Marketing Plan Development

Using the data generated from our assessment and analysis, we create a strategic marketing document that summarizes the data and makes recommendations for marketing, PR, product management, business development and the executive team. If a social media strategy is also being developed, we make sure it shares a consistency of vision.
